Phunghia là tổ chức kinh tế có tư cách pháp nhân, có con dấu hoạt động riêng, đã mở tài khoản tại Ngân hàng Vietcombank để giao dịch.

Lực lượng lao động thuê ngoài (gọi chung là lao dộng) được bố trí tại xưởng sx, công việc mỗi lao động trong phân xưởng đều do Đốc công quản lí.

Thời gian làm việc bình quân là 8 tiếng/ ngày,từ 25 đến 28 ngày/ tháng.

Người lao động hưởng lương theo nhiệm vụ được giao và sản lượng sản phẩm từng loại hoàn thành. Tuỳ theo từng loại sản phẩm, công ty sẽ định mức khoán khác nhau.
